For quoting a new home please answer the following questions the best you can:

• How many stories?
• Is the first floor on the ground, pilings or on piers?
• How many square feet heat and cooled?
• How many square feet in garages?
• How many square feet in bonus rooms (in roof system)?
• How many square feet for porches (covered)?
• How many square feet for decks (non-covered)?
• Is there any usable area or high ceilings in the roof system?
• Is home to be built east or west of the coastal construction line (on the beach)?
• Is there an Architectural Review Board (ARB)?

Remodels, Additions and As-Builts are by the hour and/or square foot and usually require a site visit before quoting.
