Renovation Plans

Renovations can be a Remodels and or Additions. Many times the historic integrity of the building may need to be recorded or maintained. A full As-Built is usually required. Generally plans will be reviewed by a Historical Architectural Review Board (HARB). This process may require special knowledge, research and input from local historians, Architects or Contractor.
